Job Mela at Asifabad District with the Support of ITDA and DRDA

Every student’s ultimate destination is employment. In our country, there are many students who fallinto the graduate category and still, they are not placed in any company and few of them are trying out their ‘luck’ in the government sector.

Unemployment is a huge challenge in our state and in our country too. It is not the education that provides an aspirant his/her desired job, but the skill they had in them. And the interviewers will only focus on the skills, but never on the academics.

Because they know that the current education system in our India definitely needs a drastic change, reason? It is not providing the student with theinformation on how to live in the society, instead,it is only concentrating on the aggregates obtained and grades.

These grades and aggregates are not taken into the consideration for hiring an employee in any company. But, they need the truly talented and skilled person who can single-handedlyrun the job role with the skill within himself.

Straightforwardly speaking, grades are related to the paperwork and talent is related to the job sector. They may verify the educational background and academics, but still, the final decision of placement is only made based on the skill of the particular aspirant.

By keeping all these in mind and since education and employment is everyone’s right, the government agencies like the ITDA (Integrated Tribal Development Agency) and other similar departments together collaborate with the various project coordinators and help the students especially in the rural areas to get aware about the skill and they also provide the placements by conducting the job meals.

As part of this, there’s a job Mela conducted at Asifabad (KumkumBheem) district, with the support of ITDA and DRDA.

The biggest challenge ever faced by the educated rural area candidates are the competition with the urbanized education. Due to the failures and loopholes in the rural area education, when coming to the jobs platform they are falling behind.

Such challenges are planned to a takedown with the help of ITDA and the other respective agencies and departments.

The job Mela is attended by 80 candidates and among them,38 aspirants were selected. The male is successfully conducted with the support of the Collector of the concerned district and the Jobs District Manager (JDM).

In the speech section, JDM, MrB. Nagabhushanam has shared his views and insights regarding the employment of the students and the media present there.

Mr Nagabhusham  has also promised that there will be many such programs encouraged and conducted in the near future to assist the rural and non-rural students who are deliberately fetching for jobs.

He quoted that there is a requirement to get aware of the youth about such skill development programs and the other employment sector related news. Being a good public speaker, his words made a good impact on the youth who were there at the mela.

They also offered the free accommodation and meals to the candidates and allowances including ESI + PF.

Previously MrNagabhushanam has supported, conducted and attended various job meals and inspired many rural youths and filled them with the spirit of getting placed and to work.
As I have discussed the importance of skill development in India, there are many institutes like YTC, AISECT, Bellampalli which will boost the hidden skill inside a student and make him fit for the job. Approach any such skill development near you and make use of it.
